GASOLINE ENGINE:
All internal lubricated parts, cylinder block (excluding freeze plugs), engine mounts, flexplate, flywheel ring gear, fuel lines, fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel tank selector valve, harmonic balancer, ignition coil, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, oil pan, oil pump, OHC carrier, oil pump housing, radiator, radiator fan clutch, radiator fan motor, seals and gaskets, timing belt, timing chain, timing chain cover, timing gears, turbocharger/supercharger unit (factory installed), valve covers, water pump.

SUSPENSION:
Ball joints, control arms, control arm bushings, control arm shafts, MacPherson struts (front and rear), seals and gaskets, stabilizer bushings, stabilizer shaft, steering knuckle, strut mounts (upper), strut mount bearings.

BRAKES:
ABS modulator valve, ABS module, ABS module accumulator, ABS pump motor assembly, calipers, combination valve, hydraulic lines and fittings, master cylinder, power brake booster, seals and gaskets, wheel cylinders.

DIESEL ENGINE:
All of the above listed parts in gasoline engine plus diesel fuel injection pump, lines and nozzles, vacuum pump.

TRANSMISSION:
All internal parts, seals and gaskets, torque converter, transmission case, transmission mounts, transfer case, and vacuum modulator.

ELECTRICAL:
Alternator, body computer/control module, compass and thermometer displays, distributor assembly, distributor cap and rotor, distributor housing and shaft, ignition module, instrument cluster (excluding dash pad, clock, and radio), instrument panel, manually operated electrical switches, powertrain control module, printed circuit boards, starter motor, starter motor solenoid, washer pump, wiper motors, wiring harnesses (excluding spark plug wires).

DRIVE AXLE:
Automatic front-locking hubs (four-wheel drive), axle shafts, axle shaft bearings, constant velocity (CV) joints, drive axle housing and all internal parts, drive shafts, final drive housing and all internal parts, hub bearings, propeller shafts, seals and gaskets, supports, universal (U) joints, wheel bearings, front or rear.

STEERING:
Couplings, idler arms, intermediate shafts, main shafts, pitman arms, power steering hoses, power steering pump, seals and gaskets, steering gear housing – manual and power (includes all internal parts).

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
(Factory Installed) – A/C accumulator, A/C clutch, A/C clutch pulley, A/C compressor, A/C compressor seals, A/C compressor/clutch switch, A/C condenser, A/C control head, A/C hoses, evaporator core, field coil, heater blower motor, heater core assembly, pressure cycling switch, seals and gaskets.

ALL COVERED PARTS LISTED UNDER GOLD PLUS COVERAGE AND ALL OTHER VEHICLE PARTS EXPERIENCING A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN EXCEPT FOR THE PARTS LISTED AS EXCLUDED IN THE SERVICE CONTRACT.

OUR TITANIUM PLUS LEVELS PROVIDE OUR MOST EXTENSIVE COVERAGE AVAILABLE.

COVERAGE EXTENDS TO ANY PART EXPERIENCING A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN EXCEPT FOR THE PARTS
LISTED AS EXCLUDED IN THE SERVICE CONTRACT.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TITANIUM PLUS AND PLATINUM PLUS COVERAGE?
Titanium Plus covers the following parts that Platinum Plus does not: drive belts, radiator hoses, heater and vacuum hoses, lenses, sealed beams, light bulbs, top motors, sunroof motors, throttle body assembly (except injectors), radio, CD/MP3 players, digital display screens or monitors, DVD players, navigational systems, speakers, electronic transmitting devices, amplifiers, all audio video components, seat adjusters and track.

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
Coverage is subject to deductibles, limits and exclusions. The contract covers repairs only of covered parts and only when they suffer a breakdown as defined in the contract. Under some circumstances, a breakdown of a covered part may not be covered (for example, failure due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance or when a non-covered part is what caused the covered part to fail). Also, the exclusions contain a list of parts not covered, some of which may be associated with a covered part (for example, filters, spark plugs and wires, wheel balancing, tune-ups, glow plugs, any maintenance service or part required or recommended by the manufacturer). • Lube, Oil and Filter change every 3 months or 3,000 miles
• Tire Rotation every 6 months or 6,000 miles
• Multi-Point Inspection every 3 months or 3,000 miles
• Air Filter Replacement every 15,000 miles
• In-Cabin Air Filter every 15,000 miles

MAINTENANCE SERVICE INTERVAL 2
• Lube, Oil and Filter change every 4 months or 3,750 miles
• Tire Rotation every 8 months or 7,500 miles
• Multi-Point Inspection every 4 months or 3,750 miles
• Air Filter Replacement every 15,000 miles
• In-Cabin Air Filter every 15,000 miles

MAINTENANCE SERVICE INTERVAL 3
• Lube, Oil and Filter change every 5 months or 5,000 miles
• Tire Rotation every 5 months or 5,000 miles

MAINTENANCE PLUS COVERAGE

In addition to all of the items covered under the Maintenance Service Interval you select, you will also receive:
• Front End Alignment every 15,000 miles
• Fuel Filter Replacement every 30,000 miles (excludes In-Tank Filters)
• Front Wiper Blade Replacement every 12 months
• Front Brake Pads, 1 time replacement during the term of the Contract,
for terms of 36 months and greater

MAINTENANCE LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions. Under some circumstances, maintenance services may not be covered (for example, any service performed by anyone other than a certified technician employed at a licensed repair facility). Please see the service contract for details.

ROAD HAZARD COVERAGE PLANS

Protect yourself from the repair costs caused by road hazards with our Road Hazard Coverage Plans. You will have peace of mind knowing your tires and/or wheels are covered in the event they are damaged as a result of a road hazard, such as nails, screws, glass, potholes and cracks on the road.

TIRE PLAN
The Tire Plan covers the repair or, if unrepairable, the replacement of tires damaged by road hazards. When required, coverage includes mounting, balancing and valve stems.

TIRE & WHEEL PLAN
In addition to the Tire coverage, the Tire & Wheel Plan covers the repair or replacement of wheels damaged by road hazards. This plan does not apply to carbon fiber wheels/rims.

ROAD HAZARD LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions. Under some circumstances, a tire or wheel may not be covered (for example, road conditions found in areas designated as construction zones or construction sites will not be considered a covered road hazard, as well as manufacturer’s defects, damage caused by collision with a curb and dry rot). KEY REPLACEMENT PLAN – ROAD AMERICA U.S. KEY MOTOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

This coverage can only be purchased in conjunction with another plan.
24-HOUR VEHICLE LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE
Road America will pay up to $85 per occurrence for covered locksmith services for entry into your covered vehicle. Preauthorization required.

•Road America will pay up to $400 for keys, transponders and any programming (if applicable) per occurrence for loss or damage replacement for Class One covered vehicles: Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jeep, Kia, Mazda, Mercury, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Saturn, Smart, Subaru, Suzuki, and Toyota.

•Road America will pay up to $750 for keys, transponders and any programming (if applicable) per occurrence for loss or damage replacement for Class Two covered vehicles: Acura, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Cadillac, Hummer, Infiniti, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Lincoln, Mercedes, Porsche, Saab, Volkswagen, Volvo, Chevrolet Corvette, Dodge Viper, and Ford GT500

24-HOUR HOME LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE
Road America will pay up to $75 per occurrence for services to unlock your home. If keys have to be made for your home, there will be no expense to you for up to 3 key replacements for the term of your membership.

ADDITIONAL KEY REPLACEMENT COVERAGE
Road America will pay up to $150 per occurrence for replacement
of covered eligible keys. See service contract for exceptions.

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Road America will pay up to $100 per occurrence for towing expenses due to loss/damage of key/transponder and the key needs to be ‘programmed’ at the dealership. Preauthorization required.

EMERGENCY TRAVEL EXPENSE COVERAGE
Road America may reimburse you up to $500 for emergency travel expenses
due to a collision 100 miles or more from your residence. Mechanical failure of your registered vehicle is not covered by emergency travel expense coverage.

KEY REPLACEMENT LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions. Under some circumstances, keys may not be covered (for example, normal wear and tear, including but not limited to battery replacement or cosmetic damage to vehicle key(s)/remote(s)). Please see the service contract for details.

ROAD AMERICA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

(Assistance obtained through any other source is not covered)
This plan can only be purchased in conjunction with another plan.

Up to $50 of coverage per incident for emergency roadside assistance is available for the following:
• Towing
• Flat tire replacement (with vehicle’s inflated spare)
• Fuel, water or other fluid delivery (excluding the cost of fluids)
• Lock-out assistance
• Jump start (excluding hybrid main power cell batteries)

GLOBAL AUTO CARE BATTERY PLAN

This coverage is available for new vehicles only and must be purchased in conjunction with a new vehicle mechanical breakdown plan.
Electric and/or hybrid vehicles are not eligible for coverage. We will pay to replace a defective or non-rechargeable battery with a battery of same or like kind and quality.

Our vehicle protection plan provides you with peace of mind knowing you’re protected against certain costly repairs and includes additional valuable benefits with coverage throughout the United States and Canada such as:

SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE
This additional allowance is included with the purchase of any mechanical breakdown coverage except Powertrain Coverage. You receive reimbursement of up to $35 per day for up to 5 days for expenses incurred to rent a substitute vehicle while your vehicle is undergoing a covered repair.

TOWING ALLOWANCE
You will be reimbursed up to $100 if your covered vehicle needs to be towed due to the breakdown of a covered part.

TRIP INTERRUPTION ALLOWANCE
We reimburse you for meals and lodging expenses for up to $100 per day for a maximum of 3 days when your vehicle is undergoing a covered repair due to a mechanical breakdown occurring more than 100 miles from your home address.
